Also, my computer was instantly connected to an IT specialist that was ready to help within seconds, not minutes. I have known the founder of this computer company for many years and he has assembled a team of IT folks that are all willing to help with all my computer issues. Of course, a five star recommendation is easy when you have experienced many years of excellent computer service. Everything from purchasing a Dell laptop, retrieving files off an old hard drive when my last laptop crashed, to giving my laptop a tune-up when needed. This is the best part......if my computer needs something, they tell me.....if it doesn't...they try and save me money. OTGTech is a GREAT COMPANY and you should give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!
